Anyone who tells you otherwise is only interested in keeping that monthly retainer going. We focus on laying the path for clients, holding their hand til they're done with the training wheels and on their own. Like any good mentors, we're here when they fall to help them back up. I hope other brands and businesses can look to what they're doing as a model for success.  I think for media professionals, as more companies &quot;get it,&quot; our role will be to help them learn the tools (like Radian6) and techniques for success and empower them to stand on their own.
