Personally, I like the Logitech bluetooth keyboard as well. Though I still think my laptop is more productive when doing Office works.

Thanks for your comment. I hope more agencies and consultants adopt this approach towards empowering their clients with social media. The more they do that, the more it elevates the credibility of these powerful tools and keeps them from being relegated to snake-oil status.

Rob, I appreciated this post both from the straight forward point-of-view on "not outsourcing real" As both a former CMO from a customer feedback product and now head of an agency; it's two different worlds. Anyone who tells you otherwise is only interested in keeping that monthly retainer going. We focus on laying the path for clients, holding their hand til they're done with the training wheels and on their own. Like any good mentors, we're here when they fall to help them back up. Loved this post and yes Kodak knows what they're doing and understands that a little midnight oil goes a long way.

I really was so surprised (happily!) when I heard them explain it in their own words. I hope other brands and businesses can look to what they're doing as a model for success. I think for media professionals, as more companies "get it," our role will be to help them learn the tools (like Radian6) and techniques for success and empower them to stand on their own. It's a cliche, but I think it's very much about education.

Glad you enjoyed the twebinar! The woman from Kodak is Jenny – @KodakCB. Kodak definitely gets it! Larger organizations are catching on, but socializing the enterprise takes time and nurturing.
